Manager Desk

  • Please note the location of each device

  • The printer and computer monitor will not be provided and must be purchased, usually by Guy Richardson from Staples.

  • The music system can go on the top or middle shelf, depending on how deep the shelves are and the length of each shelf. Ideally the top shelf is where it should go.

  • The printer and computer monitor can be moved around depending on the needs of the GM.

  • The POS tablet is shown below on the left, bottom shelf.

  • Power for all devices is on the top shelf, using one or two large surge protectors. These may need to be purchased if there are none on hand.

  • Please ensure all devices are labeled using a label maker.

  • Once the Internet is online and the manager PC is powered on, please connect the Manager PC directly to the Bell Router and call or email Thomas Holt: 1-801-828-7423 / thomas.holt@cypressfivestar.com

  • Once the security system is plugged into the accessory switch, please contact Thomas Holt.
