ON-Boarding: How to guide to becoming a Cypress Team Member!

The video below will show the steps to the on-boarding process, be sure to be ready with the following items:

  1. Your career connector login and password.

    1. If you cannot remember your login or password please click here, and use the “Forgot your Password” or “Forgot your Username” prompts.

  2. Have the following in front of you to be able complete on-boarding!

    1. Copy of Social Insurance Card, or Letter

    2. Work Permit and\or School Letter (If Applicable)

    3. Banking Information

    4. Direct Deposit Information (Image of Void Check, or Banking Information Sheet)

    5. Correct Information to Fill In TD1 and Provincial TD1

  3. Please remember if you leave the on-boarding process after getting a new login and password during the process, you no longer use the on-boarding link, you complete the process using the self service portal.
