Each of you are responsible for delivering an unsurpassed customer experience by greeting each customer with a cheerful acknowledgement and serving the highest quality food in the cleanest restaurant.We are getting ready to grow again, and are looking for more highly motivated, enthusiastic, performance driven people that share our mission, vision, and values to help sustain our growth plan.

The Bonus Payout

• Shift Leaders/Hourly Assistant Manager - $500($50 paid after 30 days, $200 after FG Certification, $250 after 7 months)

• Red Shirts - $100($50 paid after 30 days and completion of FGU videos, $50 paid after 90 days)

Employee Referral Process

Step 1 - Refer your Friend by filling out the Employee Referral Form below, Enter your information & recruit’s information this will send out email to recruit to apply job

Step 2 - Email the GM and\or Area\OPS manager the name of recruit, with a short description of why they would be a good fit for the Cypress Five Star family. (Three reasons why they are a good fit)

Step 3 - Assist\lead onboarding of your recruit and ensure training over the first 30 days of recruit’s time in the store (Unless referral has been made for alternative store).
