How to Troubleshoot Raven Camera System
1. REBOOT UAS RAVEN CAMERA SYSTEM
Step 1 : Find Big Black Metal Box
Step 2 : Open the Lock (Use UAS Key)
Step 3 : Find ON/OFF Switch (Old Box has in Back and New Box has in Front)
Step 4 : Hold Power Butter for 15 Seconds and then release
Step 5 : Now Press Same Power Butter for 2 Seconds to power ON the Unit
Step : 6 (i) Once unit is powered ON, Check for Green Light (Old Box) or Blue Light (New Box) must ON, if light is not ON then follow Step 5 and Step 6
OR
Step 6 : (ii) You can also check UAS Camera Screen, If you see all cameras reporting after 2 minute then you have successfully reboot
2. TRACE NETWORK CABLE CONNECTION
Step 1 : Find Network Cable (Figure 1)
Step 2 : One end must be connected to UAS RAVEN BOX and Other End must be connected to Sophos or Sonic Wall or Router or Any box. (if unsure then ask email TechnologySystems@FSRI.net)
Step 3 : If both cables are connected move to next Process, If not connected let IT Team know the status of the Cable
3. SEND CONFIGURATION SCREEN PICTURE TO IT TEAM
Step 1 : Open UAS RAVEN Configuration from Camera Monitor Screen (Use Mouse which is use for camera screen, Not the regular computer mouse)
Step 2 : Login ID : administrator
Step 3: Login Password : (Ask IT Team by Emailing TechnologySystems@FSRI.net)
Step 4: Once your are Logged in Simply follow this below picture OR Click on Configuration
Step 5: After Clicking Configuration Simply Capture picture and send it to TechnologySystems@FSRI.net with your Store Name

Important Points to Remember

Never Disconnect any cable if you are unsure
Never Power Off or Reboot anything except mentioned above UAS Raven Box
